I’m currently a Senior Executive of Product Management at Staples, living in Cambridge, Massachusetts with my lovely wife and three children. The two questions I ask myself and my team every day are:

1. Is there an opportunity to enhance or rethink?

2. Can technology enable a better outcome?

To me, it’s simple: it’s thinking through every step from ideation to marketplace, identifying user problems, impact and pain points along the way, and then creating simple solutions to make things better.

I stand firmly in the belief of leading through example, with empathy and understanding, and investing in people to build from within. Afterall, it takes a village!
